Scope The ISMS covers the management of the digital platform, which supports the capturing and storage of personal health data, for the following ResMed applications in Europe: • AirView, medical devices information monitoring service for healthcare providers; • myAir, monitoring and coaching service for patients. The ISMS also includes the management of service providers performing infrastructure - hosting activities, the provision of network communications and/ or product development or application support. These activities include: • Provision and maintenance in operational condition of premises enabling the physical infrastructure of the health information system to be housed • Provision and maintenance in operational condition of the physical infrastructure of the health information system • The provision and operational maintenance of the information system's application hosting platform • The provision and operational maintenance of the virtual infrastructure of the information system used for health information processing • The administration and operation of the information system containing health information • The health information data backup. This scope of the HDS is limited to the ResMed Lyon site and includes the ASIP HDS activities #1 to #6 as defined in the "referentiel d'accréditation" HDS V1.1". In accordance with the SoA v6.0 dated May 16th 2023. The organization is certified according to ISO 27001:2013.
Le SMSI couvre la gestion de la plateforme digitale, qui soutient les opérations de collecte et de stockage des données de santé, pour les applications suivantes de ResMed en Europe : • AirView, système de gestion des informations des équipements médicaux pour les professionnels de santé • myAir, outil d’accès aux données et de coaching pour les patients Le SMSI inclue aussi la gestion des fournisseurs de services, d’infrastructure d’hébergement, de réseaux & télécommunications et de développement & support de solutions logicielles. Ses activités incluent : • Mise à disposition et maintien en condition opérationnelle des sites physiques permettant d’héberger l’infrastructure matérielle du système d’information utilisé pour le traitement des données de santé • Mise à disposition et maintien en condition opérationnelle de l’infrastructure matérielle du système d’information utilisé pour le traitement de données de santé • Mise à disposition et maintien en condition opérationnelle de la plateforme d’hébergement d’applications du système d’information • Mise à disposition et maintien en condition opérationnelle de l’infrastructure virtuelle du système d’information utilisé pour le traitement des données de santé • Administration et exploitation du système d’information contenant les données de santé • Sauvegardes des données de santé Le périmètre du SMSI est limité au site de ResMed Lyon et couvre les activités ASIP HDS #1 à #6 définies dans le « Référentiel d’accréditation » HDS V1.1[7] en accord avec la Déclaration d'applicabilité v6.0 datée 16 Mai 2023. L'organisation est certifiée ISO 27001: 2013.
